The shadow is what we don’t really know, and now, with the shadow AI, there’s a proliferation of tools and people who think they can do IT work just because they've learned prompt engineering. Both create a lot of MVPs, but they don’t create final products that are supportable, scalable, or have a life cycle. It ends up with IT to support with no documentation whatsoever when whoever developed that turns their back on the organization.”
